The Wharf is a local outdoor seafood market, consisting of three floating barges which act as concession stands, and serving a local clientel. Captain Whites Seafood City, Pruitt's Seafood, Jessie Taylor ( both Cooked and Otherwise),and Custis and Brown have been hawking their wares on this same location for decades.

Neighbors include The Capital Yacht Club, Jenny's Asian Fusion, Odyssey cruises, H2O Restaurant and Lounge, Phillips Flagship Seafood Restaurant,Channel Inn Hotel, Pier 7 Restaurant, and Zanzibar.
