Finding it's origins as the 7nth street Pike, commencing at Florida Ave and the Old City limits, Georgia Ave is anchored to the north by Morris Miller Liquors in the Sheperd Park neighborhood and by Howard University and Le Droit Park to the south, and through out it's length traverses the Brightwood, Manor Park, Petworth, Park View, Cloumbia Heights and Pleasant Plains neighborhoods.
